I've worked in software development and technical support since 2016. I'm the person you'll deal with from your first call or text to the finished job. I started CallTom to offer the kind of tech help I already provide for my own family: someone local who shows up, takes the time to figure out what's actually wrong, and tells you honestly when something needs a different kind of expert.

How pricing works

Home Visitfrom $80
Remote Helpfrom $50

Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. I’ll check with you before doing any extra work.
Final pricing depends on the issue and time required.

Computer running painfully slow?

I can find what’s slowing it down, clean up unnecessary software, install updates, and get it running properly again.

Wi-Fi giving you trouble?

I can troubleshoot slow or unreliable Wi-Fi, router problems, dead spots, and devices that keep dropping offline.

Printer won’t print?

New printer, old printer, or one that worked yesterday—I’ll get it connected and working.

Setting up a new computer or device?

I can set it up, move your files, connect your accounts, and make sure the basics are working before I leave.

Email or account problems?

If you’re locked out, stuck in account settings, or setting up email on a new device, I can help sort it out.

Getting strange pop-ups or warnings?

I can check your computer for unwanted software and malware, clean up what can be safely removed, and help get things back to normal.

If someone you don’t trust had remote access to your computer, I can help remove their access, check for unwanted software, and work through the technical steps to secure it again.
